When will my item be shipped?
In most cases all order are shipped the same day if your order is received by 2.00pm for next day delivery (Monday-Friday only)
How do i track my shipment?
When we ship your order you are sent an automated email to say your item has been dispatched and will contain full tracking details. In this email you will receive the consignment number and the website to track your order www.apc-overnight.com
What if i am our when my order is due for delivery?
If you are not in when the courier delivers your order then they will leave a card with their full contact details. Just ring them and re-arrange delivery or you can also pickup from there local depot.
How to i sign for my shippment.?
All deliverys must be checked for damage before been signed for by the courier, this is most important that this check is carried out by you.
I live in Scottish Higlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc ?
Ok in most circumstances we are able to ship to these postcodes, but these do not include free shipping and will incur a charge of £16.95 and will be sent by a different courier usually DHL.
What couriers and services do you use. ?
99% of orders are dispatched on a next day delivery (excluding weekends) with APC Couriers, we also use DHL and some other services for Scottish Higlands etc.
My order has been dispatched but has not arrived on the due date?
OK mistakes can be made by couriers, so if your order has not arrived go to the APC website at www.apc-overnight.com once on the website you will see on the left hand side of the website "FIND YOUR APC DEPOT" enter your postcode and you find the telephone number for the courier, give them a ring and quote the Consignment number you received from us in your order dispatched email.
